Ethernity, Gallente Federation
I had spent my entire life in my home system, never once travelling beyond its borders. I had devoted most of my time to studying planetary biology, and when I completed my studies, the time came to put what I had learned into practice.

I believe I first felt something while observing the planet Ethernity VII from the scientific vessel I had embarked upon. I cannot quite explain what made me feel so restless in that moment. After all, I did not really know what to expect.
Ethernity VII was a world of extraordinary beauty, a temperate planet where life seemed to flourish in every corner. Vast forests stretched across its continents, their canopies forming endless shades of green, interrupted by crystalline rivers that wound through valleys and descended in magnificent waterfalls. Wildflowers coloured the meadows, while unfamiliar creatures moved quietly among the vegetation, filling the air with their calls. Towering mountains rose beyond the horizon, their peaks veiled in wisps of cloud, and the sunlight scattered across lakes so clear that they reflected the sky like polished glass. There was something wonderfully harmonious about that world, something that made even the smallest details seem precious. Every leaf, every drop of water, every living creature appeared to have its own place in a greater design. As I watched the planet from orbit, I found myself wondering how such beauty could exist without asking anything in return. I had studied life for years, learning to classify it, measure it and understand its processes. Yet, looking down at Ethernity VII, I felt that knowledge alone could never be enough to explain the wonder of it all.

But the most exciting part was yet to come…
